I'm trying to work out what damages she is talking about? She said they slipped and fell but no mention of injury. No lawyer would touch that. If they were injured she wouldn't need to use their facebook page, that's for sure. I start to feel sorry for her at this point but then I have to remind myself of how many people she conned out of money. Sickening.
Perhaps someone at Kmart decided to google her name.
1) Kmart has cameras everywhere - perhaps a quick view her behavior throughout the time of her shopping experience that day and others and of the "slip-and-fall" revealed the truth.
2) Big stores are so used to this kind of scam - it's investigated up the wazoo. And as well all know so well, LOL, there's a goldmine of information about people available on the internet doing a simple Google search. *cough cough* You never know what will come up when someone's name is googled...
Karina's deceptive and dishonest behavior is readily traceable going back years.
